General
This site is a payment testing tool. Payments are typically small and are treated as support for site maintenance.
When refunds may be provided
- Duplicate payments made by mistake.
- Payments made for testing that clearly did not require service/support (case-by-case).
How to request a refund
- Contact the site operator and include the Order ID and PayPal transaction ID.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through PayPal.
Fees
PayPal fees and currency conversion fees are controlled by PayPal and may not be reversible in all cases.
